NBM 6036 Concrete Block and Paving Stone Machine

The NBM 6036 Concrete Paving Stone and Block Machine, developed by NOVAL Inc., is a fully automatic production system designed for businesses engaged in high-volume concrete product manufacturing. Its powerful hydraulic structure, high pressing capacity, and programmable control system enable concrete block and interlocking paving stone production processes to be managed efficiently and consistently.

The machine compresses the concrete mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–140 bar. In a single press cycle, it can produce 15 standard blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm or 36 interlocking paving stones. This capacity contributes to the more efficient use of production time in facilities with a regular flow of orders.

Production pallets with suitable dimensions and durability are required for the manufacturing process. The concrete compacted inside the mold is pressed onto the production pallets. The products are transported to the curing area on the same pallets and remain there until they achieve the required strength. Therefore, it is important to provide a sufficient number of production pallets in accordance with the facility’s production capacity during plant planning.
