NBM 4020 Concrete Block and Paving Stone Machine

The NBM 4020 Concrete Paving Stone and Block Machine, developed by NOVAL Inc., is a high-capacity production system designed for the consistent, rapid, and standardized manufacturing of concrete construction elements. Thanks to its hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–200 bar, it compresses the concrete mixture inside the mold, enabling the production of durable products with consistent dimensions.

The machine can produce 8 standard blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm or 20 interlocking paving stones in a single press cycle. During production, the concrete products are pressed onto production pallets and remain on the same pallets throughout the curing process. Therefore, it is important to provide a sufficient number of production pallets in accordance with the facility’s production capacity.
