NBM 7042 Concrete Block Machine

The NBM 7042 Block Machine has been developed for businesses seeking to produce standard concrete blocks quickly, consistently, and under controlled conditions. The machine compresses the concrete mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–140 bar. The formed blocks are pressed onto production pallets and transported to the curing area on the same pallets to gain the required strength.

The NBM 7042 can produce 18 standard blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm in a single press cycle. Its machine structure, suitable for mass production, can be adapted to different operational requirements with automatic and manual operating options.
