NBM 6036 Concrete Block Machine

The machine compresses the concrete or pumice mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–140 bar. The formed products are pressed onto production pallets and transported to the curing area on the same pallets to gain the required strength.

The NBM 6036 can produce 15 standard concrete blocks or pumice block products measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm in a single press cycle. Thanks to its automatic and manual operating options, mass production, mold adjustment, maintenance, and control processes can be managed through the same system.
