NBM 5030 Concrete Block Machine

The NBM 5030 Block Machine has been developed for businesses seeking to produce standard concrete blocks and pumice blocks in a consistent, controlled, and efficient manner. Manufactured in Türkiye by NOVAL Inc., the machine provides professional production facilities with a comprehensive solution through its durable body structure, powerful hydraulic system, interchangeable mold option, and ease of operation.

The machine compresses the concrete or pumice mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–140 bar. The formed products are pressed onto production pallets and transported to the curing area on the same pallets to gain the required strength.

The NBM 5030 can produce 12 standard concrete blocks or pumice blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm in a single press cycle. Thanks to its automatic and manual operating options, mass production, mold adjustment, testing, maintenance, and control processes can be managed through the same system.
