NBM 5025 Block Machine

The NBM 5025 Block Machine has been developed for businesses seeking to produce standard briquettes and pumice blocks in a controlled, consistent, and efficient manner. Manufactured in Türkiye by NOVAL A.Ş., the machine provides a comprehensive solution for professional production facilities with its durable body structure, hydraulic compaction system, interchangeable mold option, and user-friendly control features.

The machine compresses the concrete or pumice mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating at a pressure range of 120–140 bar. The formed products are pressed onto production pallets and transported to the curing area on the same pallets to gain the required strength.

The NBM 5025 can produce 10 standard briquettes or pumice blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm in a single press cycle. Thanks to its automatic and manual operating options, serial production, mold adjustment, testing, maintenance, and control processes can be managed through the same system.
