NBM 7042 Concrete Block & Paving Stone Machine

The NBM 7042 Concrete Paving Stone and Block Machine, developed by NOVAL Inc., is a fully automatic production system designed for businesses seeking high-capacity concrete product manufacturing. Thanks to its hydraulic system operating within a pressure range of 120–140 bar, the machine compresses the concrete mixture inside the mold in a controlled manner and ensures the production of products in standard dimensions.

The NBM 7042 can produce 18 standard blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm or 42 interlocking paving stones in a single press cycle. Its high pressing capacity contributes to the efficient use of production time in mass-production facilities and enables daily production targets to be managed more consistently.

During production, the concrete mixture is compressed inside the mold and then pressed onto production pallets. The manufactured blocks and paving stones remain on the same pallets throughout the curing process. Therefore, a sufficient number of production pallets must be available in accordance with the facility’s capacity and the planned production volume.
