NBM 4020 Briquette Machine

The NBM 4020 Briquette Machine has been developed for businesses seeking to produce standard briquettes and pumice blocks in a consistent, controlled, and efficient manner. The machine compresses the concrete or pumice mixture inside the mold using a hydraulic system operating at a pressure range of 120–200 bar. The formed products are pressed onto production pallets and transported to the curing area on the same pallets to gain the required strength.

The NBM 4020 can produce 8 standard briquettes or pumice blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm in a single press cycle. Depending on the company’s production plan and workforce structure, it can be installed as either a semi-automatic or fully automatic system.
